How far do you travel?

We service all of California, Nevada and Arizona for our premium package.

When do you setup?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 3-4 hours before the rental time begins.

Does the price include delivery and setup?

Additional fees will apply depending on the area of delivery & 20% setup fee is added for installation and pickup.

What payments do you take?

Cash or Credit cards. There will be 5% additional fees applied for Credit cards usage.

How much of a deposit/reservation fee do you require?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to book and reserve your items.

Refund Policy?

Refund can be issued if you cancel 60 days before your event, however the 50% deposit is non-refundable and can be used up to 365 days from your event date.
